Name Suffixes! - Writers' Corner

So, in my book, the highborn, so nobles and royalty, have really long names. But most of the time, they are normal names that I changed to make them longer. For example, I took Alfhild, and combined it with Hildegarde to make the portmanteau Alfhildegarde. Or, one was named Sagely, but I changed the spelling to Saigeleigh. It’s supposed to be over fancy and a little ridiculous!
But most of the time, I take regular names and add suffixes to them. (Is it called a suffix when it’s a name?) Anyway, I keep running out!
Can you help me come up with more?
For example, take the name Mary. With suffixes, it can be Marybeth, Marylou, Marybelle, MaryLyn, MaryJean, MaryJo, Maryella, MaryAnne, or many, many others.
I have a list of them, but I’d love to have other suggestions. I’ll even take a few prefix suggestions, if you have them, but suffixes seem to be more common.
Thanks!
Edit: Here’s my list so far. I guess I have more than I thought! (I’ll edit this to add suggestions to make it simpler for me)
